This energy-efficient, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Craftsman home is a unique, original Northern Trends design. We designed their home with windows placed in alcoves to capture the panoramic morning sun, and they wake up each morning to a beautiful view of the river. Note the floor in the bar area is custom-stained concrete offering a durable, easy-to-clean surface for when those fun gatherings get extra fun. Foam insulation and hydronic heated floors added throughout complete this cozy oasis. Plus a finished, heated, two-car attached garage makes bringing in groceries on those cold and snowy winter days a breeze!
